Three figurado cigar formats, limited accessories and a handcrafted humidor celebrate the next Chinese zodiac year.

Davidoff Cigars has announced its Year of the Sheep 2027 collection, continuing its annual tradition of creating limited cigars and accessories inspired by the Chinese zodiac.

The collection features three figurado formats—a Piramides, a flagship-exclusive Gran Perfecto and a Gran Torpedo reserved for the Masterpiece Humidor—alongside a porcelain ashtray and gold-finished double blade cutter.

The cigars and accessories are scheduled to begin arriving at select Davidoff appointed merchants and flagship stores worldwide on November 19, 2026, with launch dates and availability varying by country.

Year of the Sheep Limited Edition Piramides

The centerpiece of the release is the Year of the Sheep Limited Edition Piramides, presented in boxes of 10 and limited to 17,500 boxes worldwide.

Inspired by the curved lines of a sheep’s horn, the figurado pairs a lighter-hued Ecuadorian wrapper with Dominican and Nicaraguan tobaccos. Davidoff describes the cigar as full-bodied with medium intensity, offering a gradual progression of flavor.

According to the company, the Dominican tobaccos contribute elegance and floral complexity, while the Nicaraguan tobaccos add body, mineral notes and depth. Floral aromas further connect the blend to the collection’s pastoral inspiration.

Flagship Exclusive Gran Perfecto

Customers of Davidoff of Geneva since 1911 flagship stores will have access to a separate Gran Perfecto release.

Davidoff says the shape is unique within both its current portfolio and the Year of the Sheep collection. The Flagship Exclusive will be packaged in 24-count boxes, with production limited to 850 boxes worldwide.

Limited Edition Accessories

Two individually sold accessories extend the Year of the Sheep theme.

The Year of the Sheep Porcelain Ashtray features an exclusively developed two-cigar design with sculpted edges inspired by a sheep’s horns. Each piece is numbered by hand, with just 288 ashtrays available worldwide.

The Year of the Sheep Double Blade Cutter features a glossy gold finish and laser-engraved zodiac detailing. Designed to accommodate cigars up to a 60 ring gauge, the cutter is individually laser-numbered and limited to 388 pieces worldwide.

Masterpiece Humidor with Gran Torpedo Cigars

At the top of the collection is the Year of the Sheep Masterpiece Humidor, which brings together the work of two artists.

Its lid features detailed embroidery, making the artwork a focal point of the design. Production is limited to 12 humidors worldwide, each containing 88 Gran Torpedo cigars.
