October 30, 2026 — The Black Works Studio Killer Bee Buzz Saw 2.0 is now available exclusively through Smoke Inn, bringing a new shape to the retailer’s collaboration with Black Works Studio.
Produced at Fábrica Oveja Negra in Estelí, Nicaragua, the Buzz Saw 2.0 measures 5¼ x 54 and features a box-pressed belicoso format. The updated size is slightly longer and narrower than the original 5 x 56 rounded perfecto released as a Smoke Inn exclusive in 2024.
The blend remains unchanged, pairing Ecuadorian maduro and Connecticut-seed wrappers over a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan filler. The contrasting wrapper leaves give the cigar its distinctive appearance. Its profile is described as medium-full strength, with earthy and peppery notes complemented by nutmeg and cocoa.
The Buzz Saw originated in Black Works Studio’s 2021 Hive Sampler, which included special sizes and formats from the Killer Bee and Green Hornet lines. It became a standalone Smoke Inn exclusive on September 23, 2024, marking the retailer’s first exclusive release from Oveja Negra Brands.
The Killer Bee Buzz Saw 2.0 retails for $12 per cigar and $120 per 10-count box. Production quantities and its limited or ongoing release status have not been disclosed.
